Nice fruit - but Curry is even nicer!
 

Lassi (Yogurt Shake)

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 300ml ice-cold water
  • 2.5ml ground roasted cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp finely crumbled, dried mint, (optional)

Blen the yogurt, or if you do not have access to a blender, put the yogurt in a bowl, and beat with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy.

Slowly add the water, beating as you do so. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
