If you can’t find Garam Masala, try using the following instead. Always mix the spices together in a glass or jar rather than in the food you’re cooking:
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
